Dear St. Patrick Cathedral School Family and Friends:
Since its establishment in 1923, the St. Patrick Cathedral School and Parish community has been committed to providing each student a quality Catholic education. Our faculty and staff will work with your family in the spiritual, intellectual, physical, and social development of your child in a safe, positive and supportive environment.
All our teachers are qualified in their teaching area and continuously attend training specific to their grade level or subject. The majority of our teachers have a Masters degree and two are currently working on their Ph.D. Our teachers are trained in the area of gifted and talented methodologies and Bloom's Taxonomy that are used to teach students at all levels. Furthermore, they receive training in faith formation throughout the year.
St. Patrick Cathedral School is synonymous with EXCELLENCE! Our students are expected to take part in Diocesan and city sponsored academic and volunteer events. Upon entering high school, our students consistently place in advanced and college level classes. St. Patrick students are consistently amongst the top percentage of their class. In addition, many St. Patrick graduates have been named National Hispanic Merit Scholars or have been awarded the Bill and Melinda Gates Millennium Scholarship. St. Patrick Cathedral School has played an integral part in the formation of numerous quality, productive members of the El Paso community and beyond. Our alum includes priests, brothers, sisters, deacons, judges, lawyers, professors, doctors, authors, and engineers who are recognized at a state and national level in their chosen field.
Thank you for taking an interest in our school. We invite you to call (915) 532-4142 to set up a tour or meeting with one of our administrators. We would be happy to answer any of your questions.
With God's blessings,
